Leadership & Governance

Servant leadership, elected and accountable — the quiet architecture behind a dynamic community.

ECA is governed by two bodies defined in our statutes. Together, they keep the chapel’s life oriented toward worship, discipleship, and the care of every member.

A candidate for President must have previously completed at least one term as an elected member of the Board.

Family Restrictions

Direct relatives may not simultaneously hold the positions of President, Secretary General, and Treasurer (or their respective vice positions).

Term Limits

The President, Secretary General, and Treasurer cannot hold any of these three positions for three successive terms. They may return after a one-term interval.
